The cottage stands within 5 acres of attractive gardens and paddockswith outstanding
downland views and is located at the end of a no through road.
It is peaceful and private without being at all isolated.
We have two elderly ponies in residence plus a family of little owls (not shown!).
There is plenty of parking, a large patio area with garden furniture and fields for the
children to play in.

with double glazing and full oil-fired central heating. The sitting room has an electric fire, television, digibox video, radio, CD and DVD players and opens onto south facing decking with a wonderful view of the open fields. The two large bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
One has twin beds,
the other a 6-foot zip and linked double bed that can be separated if required.
There is a "put u up" which can be placed in either bedroom for an extra person.

The tiled bathroom has a bath with separate shower W.C. and shaver point.
Adjacent to the cottage is a heated laundry and drying room containing a fitted sink unit,
washing machine,tumble drier, drying rack and W C.
This lockable area is ideal for wet coats, muddy boots and bicycles etc and is solely for guest use.
Linen and towels are provided.
The cottage is equipped with a cot and high chair and children are welcome.

Owls Cottage is ideally situated as a base from which to explore the many delights this
interesting and varied county has to offer. Within a 20 mile radius can be found the historic citiesof Bath and Salisbury as well as the ancient sites of Stonehenge and Avebury. On your doorstep is the famous market town ofDevizes with its traditional Thursday market.
and the Kennet and Avon Canal which rises through the town with its flight of 29 locks.
