Introduction

Owls Cottage is a 4 star self catering holiday cottage in a lovely position on the edge of Salisbury Plain.
The cottage is on one level and has outstanding downland views. It is situated at the end of a private
drive on the edge of Easterton and is quiet and private but not at all isolated.
It has good sized rooms comprising a double and a twin bedroom, sitting room, well equipped kitchen, hall
and bathroom. It is light and airy and all rooms have glorious view. There is a separate utility room with washer,
drier, airer and WC. The cottage looks onto open fields and has south facing decking off the sitting room and
is only a few minutes walk from the shops and the local thatched pub which serves home cooked food.

• Large car parking area with turning space outside cottage. Access from tarmac road through double gates down gravel drive 80m long .Lit
at night. Sign visible from road - Owls 48 on garage wall.

• Paving slabs and 2 shallow, wide steps to front door (10cms high). All on ground floor.
• alternative entrance at side to sitting room from decking (10cms high). No handrails.
• Security lighting at night on sensor down drive and outside cottage
